Symptoms of AFib
Some living with AFib experience no symptoms, or they may notice symptoms that come and go which can postpone treatment. Common symptoms of AFib include one or more of the following:
- Palpitations (the feeling of your heart ¡®fluttering¡¯)
- Rapid and irregular heartbeat
- Weakness
- General fatigue
- Sweating
- Shortness of breath
- Anxiety
- Tiring easily with activity
- Swelling in the ankles and feet
- Feeling dizzy or faint
- Chest pain or pressure
